You may, like me, be old enough to remember Arthur Ashe – a wonderful tennis player (and later political activist).

Another political activist was President Theodore or “Teddy” Roosevelt.

    What’s their connection?

Here are two quotes attributed to them:

“Start where you are, use what you have, do what you can” – attributed to Arthur Ashe.

“Do what you can, with what you have, where you are” – attributed to Theodore Roosevelt.

    No highbrow theory.

    Just pragmatism.

    Focussed on action.

    Wonderful, simple advice.

And there’s always something you can do with what you have, where you are.

Keep moving forward, even if the steps are small and slow.

    What’s next for you?
